She is in a hurry must be expected to have too many patients, sometimes no one will answer the phone for hours and again I have a problem I felt needed immediate attention and was told two weeks

Dr. Netteland is AMAZING. No matter what my issues may be she always takes the time I need with her to listen, discuss options and solutions. She can spend 5 minutes or 30 minutes with me and I always leave feeling 100% confident that I can manage my health with her help.

I admire Dr. Nettland, will never leave her. As stated before, she is very knowledgeable across all of my issues, treats me with respect, and makes me feel important to her during my visit. She has been 100% right on with my care. Her staff and lab techs also so very kind and engage in conversation to help me feel valued. LOVE her and her team at Mercy!

No one came to inform me as I waited for 45min as to the delay. She seemed to just gloss over my concerns. Very unusual.

The only problem was that they were changing computer systems and i had to eait unusually long the doctor and then the nurse left me sitting in the exam room.

I wouldn't change my Dr for all the tea in China, when the day comes for her to retire will be a very sad day!!!!!
