I was quite apprehensive about the visit, but Erin put me at ease from the start. This allowed me to have the best possible communication and outcome(s). Very impressed.

Spoke clearly, asked questions, didn't try to find an answer for the sake of having an answer, good follow up instructions that felt personal and caring.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Erin Broxterman was extremely supportive in helping to figure out the possible impact of my blood pressure medications on the escalating disabling dizziness of Ménière’s disease which has recently affected my ability to walk and drive. She explained signs to watch for and report immediately if they occur, and gave strong assurance that she is fully committed to providing solutions and excellent care. Above and beyond that, her good humor and cheerful interest gave me cause to hope for better health soon; which today seems well founded. I am very grateful for her help!

My appointment with Erin did not feel rushed. As I am just starting my heart journey, I had a number of questions beyond the information presented to me. She was so helpful!

Dr. Erin addressed several issues that we had not been able to talk to anyone about for a long time and she was very thorough and very kind and professional and we just left feeling so much better and like we'd had very good care. We just really appreciated the whole visit. It was a great experience.

I was very impressed with Erin and the time she spent with me. Erin took the time to go over tests results and set a plan for continuing the process for the best health care possible. I have full confidence in Erin and team.

My elderly father and I saw Erin Brocksterman, and everyone was so kind and courteous. The timing was fantastic. We didn't have a wait. She did a great job of taking her time to talk to us and to explain things to us. We never felt rushed and we really felt listened to. We really appreciate the level of care and individual attention that you guys took. .

Erin was well prepared, as always, in knowing my past medical history and in answering my questions actually better than any physician I have had in the past at any medical facility.

Feel Erin is first person to listen and come up with a plan. I feel she knows more. She is doing something, not talking about what could be done! For the past two years I have been passed from one medical individual. to another.

Everyone was very courteous. My only complaint is being asked to come 30 minutes before my appointment. It does not take that long to get checked in.
