I signed myself out of the hospital I came in for an infected finger and they were trying to run all kind of tests that had nothing to do with my finger of course I refused to cooperate and I had 2 dogs at home and no one to care for them so I had to sign myself out and go home and take care of them

I feel as though I was not prepared for the reality of after care and what to expect. For example, my one-week post surgery and my one-month post surgery did not include seeing the doctor. I saw only a PA. I also was unaware that I would need a $600 custom splint to be purchased and worn post-cast removal. Overall communication about the post-surgical process could have been better.

Love this practice, they are very professional and friendly. The are very competent and caring. Genuine and down to earth.

At the visit I felt dizzy and faint. Erin, the PA was very compassionate and kind. I was provided ice, apple juice, crackers and time to recoup. Erin made sure I was ok to leave on my own.

I understand my doctor may have passed me off to her physicians assistant last week, but she needs to fix my finger(s) tomorrow or put back the plan in place for scheduling for surgery with general anesthesia

This was my 6 day post op visit with Erin. She was nice, but not very informative about my procedure or care for my wound. She seemed in a rush to walk me over to hand therapy. So much so that she forgot to wrap my wound up with gauze. She didn't make me feel warm and fuzzy.

The MA never called be my name. Never verified what patient she was bringing back to the exam room. She was too busy showing off a bedazzled rubber duck at the front desk.

The nurse who removed my stitches was very rough; she seemed rushed. The second nurse was very kind and considerate. Therefore, I can't give a general assessment.

Our PA that saw us was wonderful. She explained everything thoroughly and showed my mother the picture of her x-rays. She gave us such positive feedback and we felt like she truly cared. She definitely is an asset to your practice. Two thumbs up. I would request her to see me anytime.

I thought I was seeing my doctor but I had been scheduled for a follow up with a physicians assistant. She was very nice and knowledgeable. Still not my surgeon. Once again, there was a wait to check in and out and the staff does not make eye contact or explain the wait. I found them to be rather rude to patients. I've been coming here for years and I'm disappointed with the decline in professionalism.

The reason I couldn't give all 10's is because there was a dis-connect between doctors office and therapy. I was told I had an appointment and received several reminders on my phone only to find out I was "overflow" and they had no one available. The lady at the desk was very helpful and put a voicemail in to Marlton office. They called me Monday but they also had no openings and I left Tuesday morning for a long trip. So no therapy- I'm doing what I can find on you tube

While the experience overall was excellent Virtua really needs to offer evening hours, not everyone has easy access to afternoon transportation, not to mention not everyone can take days off work just to see a doctor.
