I have been seeing NP Simon for almost two years now. I have never had a Medical Professional pay this much attention to me and spend so much time with me. She is professional at all times and extremely attentive to my questions and concerns. I am very happy with my care.

it is difficult to contact the office directly by phone which made scheduling the appointment difficult. The actual visit was very professional and efficient.

The doctor's office was great. She's a fantastic person. These interviews are coming up when I'm driving and I can't be doing this when I'm driving. This is really annoying and really bad timing.

This was my first visit with Erika and I found her to be interested, aware, confident anf very compassionate. She is professional while being sincere, a great mix. She didn't speak to me as the old woman I am (my description NOT her's) she listened with great interest and made suggestions she believe would, could may benefit me. I REALLY like her.

Erika Simon is a great provider. We went over my blood work, my medical history, my recent medical history. There was an issue with one of my medications, which related to my cardiologist. She called him and resolved the issue. I am extremely happy with Ms. Simon, and I hope that you keep her around a long time.

Erika Simon is absolutely wonderful, as are the people in the office at Hackensack Primary. And, you know, she covered all my concerns and always is well-versed in what my blood results and things are and provides excellent, excellent care. That's all I have to say.
