I am very thankful that Dr. Porderis is helping me actually asking my insurance company to pay for this. My insurance is telling me that it's a no, but I know Dr. Porderis has written them and spoke with them about allowing me to get the medication. I'm still waiting to hear on it, but I think it might get resolved, and I'm very thankful for that.

You need to stop the excessive reminder emails and phone calls. It is very annoying. Receiving a reminder email the morning of the appointment after receiving a phone call the night before and at least 2-3 emails the week of the appointment is very stupid.

This was my first time meeting my new provider, Erica. She knew all of my history and she answered all of my questions. She gave me a thorough exam. I felt very comfortable in her presence; overall a very positive experience.

The Dr figured out what was going on with me in a one hour visit. Ive been going to a urologist for years and still in pain. I was provided with information, which is hard to get from my urologist. I am very happy that someone refered me to this provider. I was very pleased at all the time spent and info I was given!!

Hi, Erika is very friendly, very empathetic, just a really nice person to talk to and be with. And I would highly recommend her to any of my friends for OBGYN, well, GYN. And I've been seeing her for many years now and will continue to do so. Take care.

This was one of the best healthcare experiences I've had in my 40+ years. The staff were all extremely caring (explained everything to me, checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable, kept me updated about what they were doing and what I should expect) the health care provider, Erika Poderis, was one of the best I've been too. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Again, explained everything to me. Listened to me. I have been struggling with these issues for a few years now. Have seen multiple doctors and nurse practitioners. In ONE appointment she was able to help me, whereas countless others have dismissed my symptoms. I cannot say enough positive things about this experience. Thank you to her and the entire staff!!! I am so grateful.

Erika took the time to explain everything I had to do for my problem Asked if she could start the exam before the chaperone arrived. I allowed her to start Asked if I could give her a hug cause I was relieved bybthe care got from her Started crying on her shoulder and she just held me maybe obe or two minutesuntil I pulled back Looking forward to continuing working with her in the furture

This is my first appointment with Erika and I have to say I was very impressed. She was knowledgeable, kind, very understanding. I had a lot going on at the time and she really listened and provided, you know, sound clinical advice. I really enjoyed it. I would absolutely recommend her to somebody else who needed the same medical care.

The Dr was very informative and kind. She took the time to explain things , give examples, she printed out paperwork and went through it to give me information. She was very thorough and i had a great visit. I would recommend her!

Currently I'm out of work and have been prescribed a supplement that is quite expensive for me and really isn't making a noticeable difference with my condition. I tried to tell her that and was told that it's imperative that I continue to take it because clinical trials say it works. When you don't have any income and rely on other resources it makes it difficult to decide on whether four to six meals go on the table for your family or a month of medication? I would have to choose feeding my family.

The doctor I see Erika Podaris is wonderful!! She is extremely empathetic and helpful. Always caring and expresses if I am ever having pain to contact her and she will get me in for treatment.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. But even before that the dr called to make sure I was seeing the right person for my issue. This was wonderful as I have a complex medical issue and have gone to more than one appointment and found out they could not treat me or they were not the right specialist. The call was a refreshing change and very much appreciated. The entire experience was a 10.

I enjoy going to see Erika for my visits. She's always on time. You don't have to wait a long time and very personable. Takes care of any need that I may have. And everyone in the office is extremely friendly.

The visit went well and I left with a diagnosis and a plan for care, including medication and a PT script. While the office was nice and well lit, I must comment on the dark hallway leading to the office. When exiting the elevator there was a sign pointing down a hallway that was lit, but eventually there was an archway and a dimly lit hall. I retraced my steps to recheck the sign because it couldn't possibly be down that dark hallway...yet it was. Turn up the lights, please.
