I wish I had known exactly what was being done. I had looked up procedure and thought it was going to be numbing of nasal cavity then catheter or syringe used to give medication. Instead, it was just med inserted into nasal passages. I felt I had to talk to her to explain my long, complicated medical history. I have no improvement and don't think it will help chronic headaches that I am having. Unfortunately, I now have to wait until 9/5 to see headache specialist.

It is very hard to reach the center main number and get any information about insurance coverage. Finally I get it. But it's not easy to get a scheduler and anybody else unless you leave a message. Thank you.
