All areas exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk, audiologist Emily as well as the tech who took my vitals. Most especially I just love Dr. Walsh who always listens to my questions and concerns and provides me with the advice and resources that I need to maximize my cochlear implant experience. I never feel rushed or brushed off.

Dr. Walsh and her team were very knowledgeable and helpful in understanding my diagnosis and the treatment plan moving forward. She was very thorough in her assessment and explanation and genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. I look forward to working with her office for further treatment.

Not a long wait to be seen. All my information was correct. Doctor listened to my assessment of my hearing and hearing test was explained to me and the labs for preserving the hearing I still have and plans for future visits

Dr Walsh is always so caring and thorough. She takes the time to answer my questions when I have any and is always thorough with the exam. I feel comfortable and blessed that she is my physician, for my ears.

I had no problems with my appointments. I’d like to note that Alison [ ] went out of her way to help me with some questions about and supplies for my hearing aids. Overall, I was well treated in that very busy clinic.
