Everyone who attended to me were very professional and explained every step to me. Dr Walsh and her assistant covered every aspect of examination and explained my condition and treatments. Dr Walsh also explained the best path forward for me and my condition! I am very satisfied with the care I received!!

I am very grateful to be under the care of Dr. Walsh. She is extremely knowledgeable, skillful, wise and careful. Dr. Walsh listens to me and treats me as a whole person. I have full faith in her clinical judgment.

This was my fourth UAB surgery in just over a year, but my first at Highlands - and it was by far the best experience! The entire staff was extremely friendly, professional, competent, respectful of my concerns, and immediately responsive to needs. It was such a relief! Highest praise for Dr. Walsh and the entire team at Highlands!

Thankful to have been referred to Dr. Erika Walsh. She was one of the few Dr.'s that could do the surgery I needed on my ear. Her confidence in her ability gave me the reassurance I needed to have my surgery.

I appreciate that the clinic runs on time, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel that I am getting the best care possible when I come for appointments. I drive 5 hours to get there and feel that the visit is worth that.

All areas exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk, audiologist Emily as well as the tech who took my vitals. Most especially I just love Dr. Walsh who always listens to my questions and concerns and provides me with the advice and resources that I need to maximize my cochlear implant experience. I never feel rushed or brushed off.

Not a long wait to be seen. All my information was correct. Doctor listened to my assessment of my hearing and hearing test was explained to me and the labs for preserving the hearing I still have and plans for future visits

Dr Walsh is always so caring and thorough. She takes the time to answer my questions when I have any and is always thorough with the exam. I feel comfortable and blessed that she is my physician, for my ears.

I had no problems with my appointments. I’d like to note that Alison [ ] went out of her way to help me with some questions about and supplies for my hearing aids. Overall, I was well treated in that very busy clinic.
