The clinic is really efficient and effective! I got a text that let me preregister. The staff at the front desk was welcoming. The audiologist was great with the test and and Dr Walsh gave me excellent care coupled with sitting down to make a plan.

It is always a pleasure coming to see Dr. Erika Walsh. She was highly recommended as being the best and most knowledgeable Ear Specialist for my problem with hearing loss. I have enjoyed getting to know her and she takes excellent care of me and my husband. She is extremely professional and every experience I have had at the Otolaryngology Clinic with she and her staff has been wonderful. She is an asset to UAB and their patients.

The entire staff was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The Surgery Resident was thorough and answered my questions without seeming rushed. Dr. Walsh is always pleasant and attentive. She examined me, conducted tests and set out a plan for additional testing to identify and remedy my problem. I highly recommend Dr. Walsh and the UAB otolaryngology department

Dr. Walsh and all the medical staff were knowledgeable, professional and cordial. They answered all my questions and did not seem rushed or to fail to listen. I did not have a long wait either before my appointment or after being taken to a room. I would highly recommend Dr. Walsh, Emily [ ] and the the UAB group.

The appointment scheduling errors and changes were highly unpleasant, and two appointment letters by mail have been incorrect. One arrived after the appointment date. However, Melody [ ] responded to my portal message and, after several efforts, I was able to have an appointment with Dr. Walsh. The care I receive is fine. The appointment system failed this time.
