All the staff are friendly. The medical staff are willing to explain anything we ask. Their demeanor is ideal: they help put the patient at ease, which helps the patient be willing to return to the next appointments.

Didn’t have to wait. I was called back on time. The nurse, nurse practitioner, and neurologist were all on time and very thorough and answered all my questions.

I felt that they did a really good job of listening and providing feedback. It was my first appointment and frankly I was expecting a more cursory review of my situation, but the nurse practitioner and resident and Dr. Roberson took almost 90 minutes to get a detail summary and talk next steps.

Nurse , Nurse-Practitioner, Attending were all patient in allowing my wife and myself to express our problems without interruption. Questions were answered and future plans outlined.
