The medical assistant was very kind and patient. The NP was very skilled but seemed rushed at first but was very knowledgeable and thorough and reassuring. The MD was rushed, didn’t seem like he has reviewed my file or test results but was ok.

Understand and empathy go a long way when dealing with a patient and their family that is the primary care giver. Thank your for all of your insight as well as the team approach that is applied to my mothers care!

We felt like we got additional clarity as to the options for treatment but all without pressure. Everyone is very supportive and caring. We are grateful we are being listened to each time we meet with the team.

Both Amy CRNP & PhD and Dr. Roberson were excellent in explaining my diagnosis and treatment options. They were straightforward and calm in their manner and professionalism in all aspects.
Knowing that this team of medical staff and having a case worker together eases my anxiety somewhat.

Nurse informed about me and my diagnosis and care provided by previous nurse, very thoughtful. Dr also took time with us, very informed as well about what the future looks like for this disease. Would highly recommend to individuals suffering with this condition.

Near perfect! The only thing I would change is getting test scheduled. I wish they could set up my MRI date and time while I'm there. Having to wait days or even weeks before anyone calls to schedule it is stressful. One stop shopping would be helpful.
