Dr Heister has provided excellent care since I started with him over a year ago. He is extremely responsive whenever I am in need of care or have a question and genuinely appears to care about my wellbeing - not something I’ve experienced with previous providers.

Dr. Erik always listens to my concerns. Our conversation is always easy for me to understand. I have [ ], and he knows that. He speaks directly to me with a voice I hear well. I had an incident yesterday and had no appoint. I took a chance stopped by the office and was given great care with no appointment. I was very grateful.
