It would be a 10 but I didn’t like the way I was spoke to by Dr Henninger. Otherwise everyone else in the office was very nice!

Raised concern to only be told what they thought it was instead of running test. Took child to the hospital for testing and it was deeper than what was thought!

It was easy to find and good location. Nice facility, Dr. Henninger and his team are friendly and professional. Highly recommended this clinic. We got into labor early and we had to get a quick pediatrician appointment to be release at the Huntsville Hospital, this clinic was the only one that was welling to work with us and accommodate us. The receptionist was friendly & really did help us to get an appointment with a very short noticed. Definitely will be keeping this clinic and doctor for our baby girl. First impressions of Dr. Henninger very friendly, patient (answered all our million questions lol) without being annoyed or dismissive. We really like him as a doctor and as a person (so far). Definitely will keep this clinic/doctor.

Doctors no longer care about the overall well being of a child when you refuse vaccinations and tests that they “highly recommend”. “It’s a trust thing”, when it’s also our first appointment.. how are we supposed to trust someone we just met to have the best intentions for our newborn went they won’t even hear us out as first time parents. Would not recommend.

When arriving,There is never a long wait to go back for your appointment. That is always wonderful when you have toddlers. Pediatrician always listens attentively to any concern I have and communicates/ responds with care. Even those training to be pediatricians who might shadow for my daughter's pediatrician, do a wonderful job.
