I don't feel heard. My child is in the 1% for weight and when I asked the dr he flippantly said he wasn't looking at that today. (The growth chart) so upon check out I switched providers and asked for the chart which the front desk supplied, but I have felt this way more than once under his care when I had legitimate concerns so I'm not taking my child back to this provider. 1% could indicate issues but he didn't care to take time to discuss!

This doctor is very knowledgeable. However he can be passive or dismissive sometimes. He is good with kids, but doesn't always take the best approach. The staff are always friendly.

Staff seems so rushed and csn be kinda rude. I do like it there but even the Doctor can be a little rude or kinda disrespectful.
I will keep going.

Staff is friendly and efficient. I didn't have to wait long at all. Location is not convenient for me. and there is more pressure than I like to vaccinate with optional vaccines.
