Provider came into the room but didn't wash her hands, not did she wear gloves...I don't know if she just left another patient and touched them and also didn't wash her hands. I told her I had a rash on my stomach she didn't care to look at the rash, all she did was tell me she would give me a referral to a dermatologist....this annual primary care visit was an absolute waste of time.

Dr Wigdor is strongly proactive and explains whatever needs to be explained. She is very easy to talk with, just maybe at the end of the visit Dr Wigdor would ask if there's anything the patient needs to discuss. I would highly recommend Dr Widgor!!!!

I had been postponing looking for a new PCP after my prior provider went Concierge but after being seen by Dr Wigdor I was able to put any hesitation to rest. She was lovely.

Dr. Erica Wigdor is simply the best, it is obvious she cares and wants the best for me without being pushy or making me feel uncomfortable in any way. I recommend her to all of my friends.

She barely introduced herself, made no attempt to ask me anything about myself as my first interaction with her, was adversarial and almost mean spirited telling me that I had to make an effort to lose weight and exercise as if I needed to lose 100lbs and after telling her my personal anxiety and stress dealing with family estate issues, she made no effort to treat me kindly or with any empathy. I don’t plan on using her going forward, I will find another PCP who has a kinder bedside manner. She was very harsh, stoic and too blunt for my taste. She almost made me cry.

Dr Wigdor was awesome. She was kind and thoughtful and listen to everything I had to say and move according she also asked me to redo my labs and make notes on the account for the staff to follow.. to push the labs for today because of my impending surgery on Monday.

I tried to get clarity on why my bloodwork has to be done every 3 months for my testosterone replacement as I am not a new patient. I frequently run of of medication and am forced to wait for bloodwork. The disconnect seems to be in scheduling of the labs. I feel Dr Wigdor is not listening to me.
