Erica was exceptionally professional in everyway. She listened to, and discussed with us, our concerns and questions regarding the [ ] related activation of my [ ]. She was very informative and showed a true interest in my health and wellbeing. She ordered subsequent tests to identify any current issues/cause and to eliminate any possible ongoing issues. This visit with Erica was my first in a few years and was the only way I could get in to see somebody in that office since my usual/ongoing provider had no near-term openings.

Erica took the time to show me on a picture of a heart exactly where my procedure was and why . She was thorough but explained it in terms I fully understood. She is an outstanding nurse practitioner!

Erica was very good at asking me if I had any questions or concerns after she explained how my ablation was done using a picture on the wall of the heart.

Erika took time to diagram my ablation in a way that made sense to me. It is important to me to be fully informed about my health care. She took the time to explain in detail my condition and the treatment I had. I will ask for her the next time I am referred to an APRN in the cardiology clinic!

Erica has been amazing! I'm a nurse and diagnosed myself with heart block. She was the first one I called and she made sure I was well taken care of. She always is available if I need her and she was compassionate to me during a very scary time. I adore her and have known her for years. We are all lucky to have her working as an NP for cardiology.
