Provider was aware of the chronic condition from previous visit. She adjusted the medication and approach to the condition. It's only been a few days but notable improvement has been observed thus far.

Extremely sincere and sensitive to me being worried about the situation. They explained all the "solutions" that were going to take place to help me. They went above and beyond to understand my location for appointments while making sure I got the help I needed.

She was very sympathetic and is trying everything she can think of to help me. I've had a progressively worst cough for the past 10 yrs and am at my whits end. Erica is trying to help me bc I've been to 7 doctors of various specialties, with no help.
