Erica has been absolutely instrumental in helping me improve my quality of life with POTS. She has provided invaluable information, resources, and because she is able to speak from a place of experience with POTS, she understands me better than any other practitioner ever has. She is always friendly, always optimistic and encouraging, and has a genuine enthusiasm for helping me to feel better and live a better life with this illness. I could not possibly be happier with her care.

She is knowledgeable, answers questions until I understand them. The fact that she can relate to things I have going on AND also has the educational background and life experience it has all benefited my understanding of what's been happening to my body for years. She has offered "life" suggestions that have benefitted me.

The care I've received in the POTS clinic has been exceptional and Erica Cerquetti is the finest provider I have. I wish she had a clone in PCP and other specialists. She always makes the time to explain things clearly and throughly. Willing to cross check newly prescribed medications to avoid a poor outcome in me, and gives me suggestions to share with my PCP and other specialists. She is definitely my Top doc and I've referred a friend and a family member to her.

She was excellent and because of her own conditions not only had an excellent understanding of the multi-faceted chronic challenges I am facing but was very empathetic and knowledgeable about where the latest research is pointing. She was very helpful and I not only learned from her, but I enjoyed the visit.

She is great. She completely understands POTS and is super supportive of me as her patient. With Erica (and [staff] as a team) I feel like I have made some progress over the past year which is helpful. I don't expect disabilities to go away, but managing them better is a goal. She understands that and is working with me on those goals for a very dynamic disability

Erica is amazing. Giving her a rating of "Best Possible" doesn't seem to be enough. Erica is intelligent, empathetic, and excellent at her advice. She has helped me and my mom immensely and we feel she's been the one provider, in a group of excellent providers, who stands out as the most understanding and my go-to for practical advice that always works.
