While Dr. Swenson is a great doctor, his nurses are excellent as well. They are easy to talk to and very friendly.

This visit went just fine. I got the information needed to move forward with caring for my foot.

It was so nice to have an appointment that was at 2:30 and because I got there at 2, they called me to the exam room early and I got treated by dr at my appointment time.

I Thank Jesus Christ for having to make the appointment . And I asked Jesus Christ to go before me to be my physician and I know He was there. So everyone was very nice to me and The Doctor. Love Y’all and always be nice. Jesus Christ is with Y’all be blessed

Everyone in the facility was very nice and very kind. They were very helpful. When I asked a question they did not brush me off or find some way to change the subject. I would recommend that facility to anyone that I knew had issues with their feet or legs.

What was particularly outstanding to me was that I went into the Foot & Ankle center fully expecting to have to go for the nuclear option of fully removing my nail bed chemically in order to get relief from my ingrown toenail, Dr Swenson explained (and showed me) that with some maintenance and medical tools I can have full relief and an entire toenail on my big toe, the nurse was especially caring, gentle, and personable with both me and my mom, if I had to rate the experience on a scale of one to ten it’d be a definite ten and I’ll be sure to come back if any more foot issues arise.

Overall I feel Thibodaux Regional is an exceptional place to be when you’re not feeling well. Their care and understanding makes you feel comfortable. They will find out what’s going on with you. You are their priority! I’ve been ill for many years. Since I’ve started seeing most of my Dr’s here I’ve been made to feel welcomed, stress has been from my shoulders and I know I’m getting the best care possible! This is Dr’s, nurses, physicians assistants, nurses assistants, everyone to the people who keep these facilities clean, the cooks (the food is good), Just everyone who keeps Thibodaux Regional running! Thank you for your care! I appreciate all of you!!

Nothing. Everything went according to plan. Everyone knows their job and does it carefully and responsibly in my opinion.

From the front desk, the nurse that took me to the back, escorted me out, the checkout lady was the most polite, courteous people. No rush, explain everything to me. I would recommend them to anyone.

The care from the young nurse and doctor was outstanding between making sure my pain levels were tolerable to inspecting further than even my initial issue and informing me about other potential problems
