The doctor was kind, patient, and thorough. He took his time explaining everything to me and had a wonderfully gentle bedside manner. I went in through the Urgent Care side and the staff there noticed that I would be best treated by one of the shoulder doctors on the main side. They quickly put me on his schedule instead of making me go through the urgent care first. That is the definition of definitive care and team work.

I had a great experience. Dr Requa is very caring and helped me while I was enduring pain in my knees. The tech was very nice also.

Your staff is very, very nice. The young gentleman, I wish I could remember his name right now. He's very nice, walks me back to the office, he talks, not the waiting room, the room that I go in. He's very nice, asks questions. He's young and he's definitely a good person to be in your office. He's very nice. And then I absolutely love the doctor. He's wonderful. He's very personable. He's very friendly, very knowledgeable of my history and suggestions and all kinds of stuff. Absolutely love Dr. Eric Lacroix. Thank you very much.

Dr. Requa was very personable. He took the time to go over test results and explained options and future treatments. I never felt rushed. The receptionist and his staff were friendly and efficient.

The Virtua Orthopedic docs are so nice to have available for arthritis pain. No fooling around with another visit they get right to the problem. I left feeling so much better. What a great Team from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors. Keep up the wonderful job! My family and I will go no where else.

Never worked with this provider DrRequa before. Was referred by my orthopedist to get cortisone injection to address hip discomfort. After getting shot in my hip bursa, the relief was almost immediate. Hopefully results will be long-lasting The doctor and support staff all treated me well and I was seen at the appointment time...yay!

I had an excellent experience. Despite my qualms about getting a cortisone shot, Dr. Requa was respectful of my jitters and almost painlessly administered the shot while explaining each step of the process. I am grateful for his expertise and care.

Dr. Requa was pleasant and personable. He listened carefully to my symptoms and what had transpired since my last visit. I appreciate that he is conservative with his treatment but offers suggestions for other measures if necessary.

Dr. Akway is absolutely awesome. I love him. He knew my story before I even got there about my hospitalization. He's been accurate and on point and very caring, and I love his bedside manner, and I think he's absolutely a polished professional and an asset to the organization. Thanks.

It's extremely hard to make an appointment with any of the virtues because you don't get through to where you need to apparently whoever scheduled my appointment tried to give me to a different doctor and my doctor saw this and said absolutely not she's my patient and she won't see anyone else and that's exactly right

Horrible scheduling! I was on hold 20 minutes the first time I called and had to hang up. Then the second time I called I was on hold for 34 minutes and had to get off the phone. So the third and final time I called I had to give myself a full day and was on hold 49 minutes before someone picked up the phone and then transferred me to the knee specialist line where I held an additional 12 minutes. The doctor was incredibly wonderful but your scheduling process is the worst I've ever experienced.

With all the doctors in this practice being super specialized, I was disappointed in the level of care. Dr. felt I should be seeing a back dr instead of him. Physical exam was sadly lacking for my symptoms.

I am recommending that all my friends and family use Cooper affiliated medical personnel instead of Virtua providers.Dr. Requa is wonderful! However,the mandatory consent form that they want you to sign under duress is beyond ridiculous. Whereas Cooper allows you to print out and modify anything on their form you are not comfortable with, sign the consent form and they scan it back in.

I was seen at the Medford office and I love it there. The staff is nice. The girls at the front desk are awesome and I love my doctor. I went there Saturday before seeing him and I saw a doctor that wasn't my usual doctor. He was also very nice. The girls in the back were great. I had an x-ray and she was awesome. Thank you all so much for everything.
