Yes, hi. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by everyone in Dr. Melchior's office and I was seen in a very timely manner and everybody was very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Virtuous Surgical Group.

Dr. Melchior and the staff were excellent. I did choose to have switched to Penn and the reason is the pathology behind the cancer. At Penn, it's an integrated derm path experience and they'll be able to read my frozen while I'm under and so we'll know whether they got everything or whether I need additional surgery in real time. With Virtua, it might have ended up being a two surgery experience and that isn't something that I felt comfortable with. But Dr. Melchior was wonderful and I appreciated getting to know him.

The care provider didn't have my records or any information on me. My Oncologist team was notified and they provided proof all my medical information he needed (a folder) was transmitted to Dr. Melchior's office. I would think if you have zero information on the patient you'd reach out to the referring physician and try to get it.

I found the staff at Virtual Hospital very attentive, very caring, and interested in my health and well-being. I found my surgeon, Dr. Melchior, to be quite attentive, questioning me to make sure he totally understood my situation. And the follow-up appointment, he listened to me, he answered my questions, and was, again, very attentive and in tune to my needs.

Dr. Melchoir, both the [REDACTED, [REDACTED] and everybody at the front desks have all been great during my surgery and subsequent procedure that have followed. They have all done their best to get me through this surgery in a timely manner. My body has not been as helpful as them unfortunately. Maybe this time coming up. Thank you!
