Cooper Green is a wonderful facility. There have been problems in the past but they have really stepped up and they are doing a wonderful job. They really take care of their patients. I think cup of green for everything that they do Hope body that goes there do the same

helping and solving my health problems

I just want to say that Dr. Judd is such a caring doctor. I've seen so many urologists and nephrologists over the years, and they have always brushed off my concerns. I feel like I am in great hands. I really appreciate him and all the staff.

Appt went smoothly from the lab to office appt. and in a timely manner…Dr Judd was very thorough and informative and is working toward resolution and relief of an undiagnosed long term BP issue…I am very encouraged and thankful.

It is hard to talk to your provider the way UAB has decided to handle patient calls and questions. Patients are no longer talking to your doctors offices but to a central person. Not good for patient confidence in getting to their doctor. Too many lost calls and no follow up on questions. Not the doctors fault that they never know you even called or had a question. The portal may be great for some, but this is very difficult for seniors to use on am every day basis for care.

Was called the day before and asked to come in at 9:00 instead of appointment time of 10:00 for labs. Had to change work meeting schedule at last minute. Arrived at lab at 9:00 - no orders. Had appointment then had to go back to the lab again for lab orders.
