I had a phone call to schedule surgery and said I would get a message in my chart however I don't see any messages showing up in my chart so I am a bit confused right now, otherwise so far it has been a good experience.

Provider was obnoxious and condescending at times. Asked me what I did leading up to my injury, I said the gym since it was the night before the pain occurred. He said he'll be the one to determine that and how it couldn't have been the gym. I tried to explain I have a condition involving joint issues too. Before I could explain why it was mentioned, he said "I know. I've seen it in your chart. I can read." So, I didn't bother. He then evaluated my wrist then determine the condition was caused by the gym!

I just want to say the doctor was wonderful. The reception was wonderful. And all the people other than that were just terrific. I would recommend the doctor to everyone because I thought he was wonderful.

Dr Strauss is an outstanding physician who takes true interest in his patients. He is a talented surgeon. His expertise is outstanding. He reviewed multiple treatment options and explained the ups and downs of each. He explained his reasons for the recommended one, despite its down side. The office appears well run. The staff was personable and very helpful

Everything was great until after surgery. My prescriptions needed were not called into my pharmacy. I'm home with an extremely painful post op hand and no medication.

I enjoyed my visit. Everyone was polite. My doctor was extremely clear and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Strauss to anyone. And hopefully I will continue to be able to see him and continue in his care. I feel very confident that my issues will be addressed.

Dr. Strauss's office, everybody was very professional, very organized, very pleasant, and very cooperative. I'm glad I chose him as my hand surgeon doctor.

The doctor sent me back to work immediately on light duty and I have a fractured finger. He did not even ask me how I felt about that. He just went ahead and left the room. He spent about three minutes with me.

Dr. Strauss was a delightful person and I felt comfortable the minute he walked into the room. The rest of his staff that I met were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely return for future problems and share his name with friends.

Dr. Strauss gave a great explanation of what we believe is going on with my wrist. He even drew a diagram so I would understand.

We had just finished the first part of the consult when it began raining, actually pouring. From the hallway Dr Strauss saw me looking out the windows. He asked if I had an umbrella. I didn't. He came back and handed ea pink umbrella.

Trying to make the appt took too long, I hung up after a half hour wait and the message with saving your phone for them to call back didn't work , then I called another day and sat on the phone for a 45 minute wait to get an appt !

It was pretty different because I never experienced anything like this before but the the Dr spoke with me in walk me through everything in made me feel at ease because I do not like needles at all but he was very gentle with me in I appreciate him for tht ??? thumbs up
