Since Dr. Epps took over my care from retiring Dr. she has been great! I really appreciate her. She treats me with respect and answers all of my questions.

Dr S Mc. Epps has been outstanding with a changeover of my insurance’s mail order pharmacy which caused me over a weeks time without medical supplies & medications. She understands how upsetting this can be for patients with multiple chronic illnesses. Her calming demeanor and attentive staff meant a lot to me during this difficult time.

DR EPPS IS THE BEST DR I HAVE EVER HAD. SHE HONESTLY CARES ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND ALSO YOUR WELL-BEING. SHE TAKES TIME TO LISTEN IN A CARING MANNER. A DR LIKE HER IS VERY HARD TO FIND.

Dr Epps McElroy is one of the most attentative and genuine doctors I have ever had, and I have a lot of doctors. She takes times with me, answers my questions and I never feel rushed I feel like I am in trusting hands. I am grateful for her and appreciate her.

Dr Epps-McElroy and her med tech have always provided both my daughter and I exceptional care, whether it's an on line question to being seen in person. They truly make us feel like we are being heard and that are concerns are valid and never once have we felt like we were just "in the system" they are amazing medical professionals and we are so blessed to have them as are Care team

This was only my second visit with Dr. McElroy as my PCP since the retirement of my PCP. She has been a wonderful PCP as she has picked up my care. I'm thankful for her genuine interest in me as a patient and whole person. I was a little nervous about moving to a new PCP. My fears have been replaced with encouragement as we move forward as a team for my healthcare.
