Only waited in the waiting area for maybe 7 or 8 minutes. Got right in, doctor was in shortly after. We had a very good talk. And made plans you address my issues. Everything is always excellent here. That's why she's my doctor. 👍

Dr McElroy is always attentive and takes time to explain and ask clarifying questions. I love her approach and value her as my doctor.

Dr McElroy assessed me to see what the problem was and give me my medication and I was on my way. She's very personable and very down to earth I love her as a physician.

No you don't need any improvement I waited a while but she was on a different case it took a little longer me being a registered nurse I understand delays but once she got in there she really listened and nothing more needs to be said.

Of course my PCP she is amazing and definitely listens and offers great feed back and care I am glad to have a PCP who cares and shows it my previous PCP was not even close to the one I currently have and I am grateful.

Dr. Epps is always very professional. Willing to listen and help in anyway she can. I would highly recommend Dr. Epps to anyone seeking medical attention.

I appreciate that Dr listened and was attentive while I was talking.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Appt time: was a bit late but it did not seem to interfere with the fact that I didn't feel rushed when the Dr came in room. As I said she was very attentive and I appreciate that.

Always enjoy our visits with DR Epps. She is always friendly, through and never in a rush. Staff is great as well with being personable and caring for us as patients over the years. We have recommended her to many of our friends and family . All is good!!!!
