Dr. McElroy entered the room with a smile and welcome greeting. She asked me to tell her about myself and she listened. I mean, really listened. She displayed compassion and care and I feel confident that she can care for my needs. I am so looking forward to partner with her in my care. Because that’s how great she made me feel.

Dr. Epps-McElroy is wonderful. She really listens and gives me thoughtful opinions and the facts behind them. I truly feel she has my best interests and good health in mind. I am very glad I found her and have her as my doctor.

My physician put me at ease over the many questions I had. I have had many questions about my health and medications and future plans and treatment. I certainly appreciated her expertise, professionalism, and compassion.

Love Dr Epps, she always listens and helps me find the best treatments. She also doesn’t treat me like I’m everyone else and understands my body is different in a lot of ways.

I thought everything was really good and I can't think of anything. Everybody was so friendly. Dr. Epps was very knowledgeable on the things I was asking her and she had a student with her following her and was very explainable to her too on everything, it seemed like.

Anybody that works there are truly endearing to you as a patient. You are treated respectfully and kindly and all questions are answered and they really cater to you as a person.

I appreciate Dr McLeroy recognition if the work I have been doing to change to healthy habits. I like how the doctor looked at my medication big picture when we discussed statin drugs and the impact of my accomplishment on the statin decision . She is always so respectful and cheerfully positive. I changed my 2026 insurance (that I liked) in order to continue care with her.

Dr Epps is very concerned with what you have to tell her and she doesn’t make you feel rushed. She goes over test results with you and answers and explains any concerns you have.

I felt that my concerns were answered by Dr Epps and I was very pleased with the visit.
