Dr. Gupta is kind in her approach, talks to me like a friend and is extremely helpful with answering any questions I have. She asks me the questions she needs to know about and is always willing to modify meds if needed or to give advice on how to manage side effects of medication. Dr. Gupta doesn't rush me out the door.

I like Epic Care very much because the Staff especially Elise Chen are the best. Elise Chen is so friendly, attentive to my needs and she’s professional.

Dr Dao is a great doctor. He is professional, asks appropriate questions and listens carefully to my responses. He is courteous, is usually on time and always asks if I have any other questions or concerns. Dr Dao involves me in the treatment plan. Additionally, he is a personable doctor. He greets me in a friendly manner and remembers things we’ve talked about in the past. He has a kind personality. I would recommend Dr Dao to anyone needing his type of medical services.

She was helpful with me. I got a chance to ring. The gave me a good results that I need to know about my health. She did tell me she got other little tests that she want me to do and I found out that the next time I come to visit it'll be with Doctor Yang. So I am pleased and happy with her and him
