I had a wonderful visit with my doctor! We discussed, my present health status and results of a blood draw I had recently. We talked on addressing an issue I had medically, and what to take to effectually help the condition..

Doctor Blankenship addressed all of my concerns. She suggested to meet with me in her Pinole office rather then coming to Pleasant Hill which is more convenient for me. She is very available and truly cares about you. I'm fortunate to have her as my medical oncologist.

What would you tell family & friends about your experience?
Dr. Blankenship is an attentive listener. She is good at reviewing and analyzing information. She is practical and efficient.She is clear in her directions for care. She communicates a positive and hopeful attitude which is important to any patient, but especially those of us who have faced cancer. She is definitely who you want on your team in any cancer fight.She does NOT make me feel like she has her hand on the doorknob, rushing me out so she can run to her next patient. I try to be prepared for appointments and respectful of her time. She makes me feel respected in return.

She was thorough, answered all my questions, and she was courteous. She mentioned that I was not needing anymore chemo treatments, to see me in six months, with blood analysis, petscan and carscan

Dr. Blankenship spends as much time as I need her too. She always makes me feel important and she allows me too talk about my other diagnosis whether they pertain or not.

Dr. Blankenship is extraordinarily bright, gentle, and caring. I have been in cancer recovery with her since 2020. I cannot recommend her more, she’s truly the best. She listens, she’s empathetic and offers sane and solid solutions to all the things that come up in my health journey.
