The doctor himself is a very nice person. The staff at this location is not time efficient. People were complaining about the wait time to get seen or brought back to the exam room. I waited until 10:15 to get seen by the doctor when my appointment was 9:45am. I take time off from work to see the doctor so time is very important to me.

Dr. Choi is a great doctor and one of the few left who listens, is patient, and includes your input, concerns, and thoughts. I find comfort in her care, knowing that she will be on top of anything that might come up concerning my health and well-being.

The appt started 15min early which would normally be fine but It was a particularly busy morning for me and I was hoping it would start in time. The appt it self was fine. The plan of action was to be expected. Now im dealing with my insurance not covering the brand of iron Ive received the past few times. I will request that the doctor appeal it with my insurance and hope I don't receive any push back. Your patient advocate reps do need some additional training, the associate that I personally spoke to had no empathy and continued to talk over me. Ive talked to her in the past and its hard to believe she is still employed there.
