The staff were just as kind and patient as the doctor and did everything they could to meet my needs.

The visit was very good. The provider, very attentive, listened to my concerns. I'd love to keep seeing her.

The provider asked me to do an e-check in before my appointment and asked for my credit card information for a $75 co-pay. I then called my insurance to confirm I do not pay anything for an annual well visit. I felt like the provider was hoping I wouldn't notice and would just pay something that wasn't actually my responsibility. They removed the co-payment from my account when I went inside for my appointment but it just felt a little dishonest. I was shown to an examining room quickly, but the doctor was not ready to see me for at least 20 minutes. The resident asked me all the same medical history questions that I had just answered for the nurse. Not sure why that was necessary. I believe the nurse entered all my responses in the computer.

This was my first visit with Dr Kayaalp and I really enjoyed him. He was very personable, took the time to get a complete history. Addressed my issues and asked if I had any other medical questions that he could help me with. He made sure I understood everything and ordered the appropriate tests that I needed. I would definitely recommend Dr Kayaalp.

I was fine before the exam. During my pap smear exam I felt a scrape as if some tissue for a biopsy was removed from the left side of my abdomen. The next day I was very sore, was there a biopsy done without my consent that discomfort is still lingering.
