I am always blown away by my experience at HSS. The staff and the providers are always so approachable and courteous. The entire experience is seamless from start to finish. We never have long wait times. Dr Dodwell explains everything so well and with patience. Her nurse practitioners are also knowledgeable and warm. We feel reassured in their presence. I can’t recommend them enough!

Dr. Emily was warm, welcoming, and took the time to explain the procedure without ever feeling rushed. She patiently answered all questions from me and my daughter beforeand after procedure, put my mind at ease, and made me feel that my daughter was in safe hands.

From the beginning of this journey, Dr. Dodwell has been clear in the information about the surgery and recovery and was very encouraging during the painful healing process and well as her nurse Jenna.
