Like i say, in my opinion she coulda had a lot more empathy & acknowledgment of the additional pain I’m going to have to endure in my left knee, because of my surgery being delayed even further.

Emily is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and easy to talk to. She listened to all concerns and discussed the plan with us. It was nice to be included in the decision making. I was very pleased with the visit.
