The thing that was done very well was all of the staff are extremely kind and patient. The doctor is amazing. What was not so well is that when I went into my appointment this year, there were no holiday decorations. It just felt like a cold, sterile place.

The receptionist did not acknowledge me when I walked in so i sat down until she called me up. She did not say hello, or when leaving even say have a good day.

Hi, I was just like to document, but I think that a way that she could improve would be to actually read the MRI in full detail before patient comes into the meeting space. It was clear that she did not know where the location of my tumor was positioned and it caused poor decision-making and the suggestions that she was unveiling for me during that time for me to make a critical decision in my follow-up care. Thank you.

Dr. Gleimer saved my life & she continues to give me wonderful care. Her assistants are very friendly,helpful, & kind. She had a new assistant this time & I wanted to give her a great review, but I forgot her name. Sorry. The whole office is wonderful. I'm glad I ended up here when I was diagnosed. Thanks to everyone but especially Dr. Gleimer. She is a wonderful doctor & person.
