This was my first visit with Dr Gilbert, after my previous doctor left Loyola. Dr Gilbert was thorough, kind, friendly and listened carefully to my history and concerns. She reviewed my immunizations and together we decided to give me another dose of the pneumonia vaccine. Very pro-active to keep me on track with my health.

Dr. Gilbert always greets me with a smile. She listens very carefully as I explain my difficulties. And she always listens to a family story that I insist on sharing with her.

Dr. Gilbert provides very personalized patient care services.She is an excellent listener when reviewing past history and recent changes in symptoms.Dr. Gilbert presents options for current care plans at each visit.This team approach assures any new care plan is customized to my needs.This is an excellent reflection of what 'shared decision-making' should look like at every patient visit in 2025.
