E Francis was particularly interested,thorough and decisive when discussing my skin rashes. She professionally prescribed medication and provided sample for use.

It is evident that there is favoritism for certain clients as I arrived. 10 minutes early for my appointment after waiting 20 minutes an additional client showed up into the waiting room and one of your team members started a conversation with them over-the-counter and it was evident that that team member and client knew each other as that client had a appointment time after mine. This was not the first time that this has happened. I have to manage my time for appointments during the week. I was on my lunch break one hour. It took 27 minutes before I saw my doctor. I was late going back to work unless there is an emergency, your team should follow appointment protocol that client saw the same doctors I did and the only reason I knew she had a appointment after my timeframe was that client stated as they checked in. Just disheartening. The respect for all patience are not the same.

Everyone was very professional and easy to talk to. I felt they listened to my concerns and responded appropriately. I really appreciated that they explained what they were doing and where appropriate asked my permission before proceeding.

Staff is friendly and helpful and Dr Emily was thorough and friendly. She took the time to give a full exam and explained things in a way I understand. I hate when dr's talk over your head.
