Thankful for all departments available at this location! Just wish for all {patients, families & caregivers, as well as the employees not visible but extremely necessary to keep things operating smoothly} to be able to understand & communicate, both how & why, corporation is so necessary for this facility to continue to be available as our area becomes less rural.

They didn't test my son for anything and his cough is still very much there and he sounds worse. I'm just so confused as to why when he has insurance they wouldn't test him for anything. The staff was amazing I meant to give them a 10 but the CRNP was not very good and her bedside manner was horrible.

Emily Burns is the BEST. She always listens and takes her time to discuss different options on my health care. In the end she will tell me what she feels is best for me. I never feel rushed with her or that I am getting generic answers or treatment.

Very clean facility. Everyone I interacted with from the front door, check in, vital signs, caregiver and check out.. everyone was professional and friendly, like they were glad to be there and glad I was there too. I appreciate that. Thanks!

I spoke with the doctor on the phone and was told that my prescription would be called in and it was …..for medication that no pharmacy is carrying at the time…..the prescription is written for name brand only where the pharmacy technically could not substitute it for another medicine…..I am
In pain and have no prescription to take or that can be filled….
