Independent of the medical care I received I'll still insist that each and every medical personnel WASH THEIR HANDS in my presence with soap and water for 20 seconds on room entry. Alcohol doesn't kill norovirus, cyclospora, C. difficile, etc.

Dr. Mazza has treating me for many years. He has been very thorough during his examinations. He has kept my sleeping problems under control. He is not only the best Physician, but a gentleman.

The neurosurgeon i have been using at Penn is no longer seeing patients so I asked Dr. Mazda for a suggestion and he contacted someone and by the time I got home someone from this new office he contacted me to set up an appointment. Talk about efficiency!! So now that is done and taken care of thanks to Dr. Mazza.

I think that the doctors could most improve is by getting back with the results when people have tests taken. The doctors say they're too busy. They don't have time to do that. No word is good. I think people need to hear back. I think they'd like to hear the doctor's concern about them and how their tests went or any other questions that people have after they get the results, when the doctor tells them the results of the test. Thank you.

Dr. Mazza and his staff are the kindest, most pleasant medical group I have ever encountered. They are always observant, considerate and have a positive disposition. These are in addition to their past knowledge about the patient before you are seen: greetings when they enter the examining room: Eye contact and show of real interest in your progress and questions you ask. They ensure you are completely knowledgeable about new instructions and medication; and work around your schedule for new appointments. It is a pleasure to come to this office for my medical needs.
