Emillie helped me so much during my pregnancy and postpartum. I've seen a drastic change in myself and I'm so grateful to have her by my side in my new journey. I'm so sad my sessions have come to an end but she has set me up for success moving forward!

Working with Emilie has been the best decision I made for my pregnancy. I feel like mentally I've been improving so much of my mental health and she does an amazing job just doing everything she does.
