They had amazing turn around time. We got immediately and only spent an hour at the most. Male nurse was very kind and made sure everything was okay. I like that he prioritizes patient safety and has a great bedside manner.

The doctor Chris was very nice and explained everything in great detail. Alex the RN was very nice also and did a great job putting in my IV.

Melica was absolutely amazing with me she has great bed side manner, she was constantly checking on me to make sure I was ok or needed anything. She is by far one of the best nurses I have had .
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The Dr wasn’t all that friendly she didn’t take her time she was fast with everything barely explained anything I had to ask her if I had an upper respiratory infection because she didn’t really say much.

My nurse Blake was extremely personable and the rest of the staff was very helpful. Everyone worked well together for me and they handled things fairly quickly. I didn’t leaving feeling unheard.
