At least put people in rooms the doctor seen me in the lobby and that is how they discharged me

Nurse Jadelyn was outstanding, infern Mason was great along with lead doctor. Cat scan technician excellent and super quick. Outstanding emergency room care.

The secretary not only checked with me before giving out information but she was also so very kind and responsive to my mother. She could tell I was upset so she offered help and a hug, Penny is very good at what she does.

The wait time for things are ridiculous

The staff functions as fast as they can when they have so much going on

We never got back to a room we were in the waiting room being taken care and they had to do a treatment on my son in a side room. You need more help I think

Have someone who checks people in that doesn’t smell like an ashtray. When you’re having trouble breathing that someone shouldn’t be smoking

The caring fact that they sent me to another place to get the ultrasound done and everything and everyone was ready when I got here

From TC have people on call that will answer the phone so people don’t have to go elsewhere for testing
