Everyone was so nice and understanding of my pain level. I received excellent care in the ER and in the morning for my knee replacement surgery.

Yes the emergency room doctor was very attentive and also very thorough in recognizing my previous visits in my history with aneurysms I was encouraged to visit my neurosurgeon and found problems there really appreciate it her thoroughness and examination and insistence upon further testing

My [age] year old mother had to go in for a blood transfusion at 6pm on [date]. Meghan the nurse was OUTSTANDING in the care she gave mom.

Mom got waited on immediately and her frequent visits were in the system so the action plan was in place and went seemlessly

During my visit to the ER DR Belinda and her staff gave me the best treatment, from the time I arrived to my discharge they were all very attentive & answered all of my questions & sent me home with proper meds, I was feeling better within the week.

The imaging staff was incredibly compassionate and collaboratively work together to minimize my pain while they took my images. They were kind and patient and I appreciated the care they provided

The staff at MyMichigan medical center were very helpful and kind. It made me feel more at ease. I’m very grateful to them for the care they provided.

I don’t have any complaints about the experience other than it took a while to get into a room but I understand that that’s not something in the staffs control. They were simply busy.
