The caring fact that they sent me to another place to get the ultrasound done and everything and everyone was ready when I got here

From TC have people on call that will answer the phone so people don’t have to go elsewhere for testing

Protect my privacy and not treat me in a lobby. I didn’t understand why I was never in a room to protect my privacy rights while treating me. Staying in a lobby isn’t conducive to my privacy.

Patience shown to me
