My nurse Veronica was awesome. My Doctor was as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone is very caring and I’m am satisfied with how I was treated. I recommend this medical center.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The cleaning staff to make sure the bathrooms are clean.

All people are not the same and should not be treated less then bc symptoms match others. Individual care plans need to be need

I was in the room for extended time because of the ultrasound tech never showed up and when the nurse called again all the technicians went home so I wasn’t able to get the ultrasound that was needed and I have to return for the proper procedure

Bathroom was dirty looked like somebody peed on the floor in front of toilet and bed sheets had hair on them that wasn’t mine

They respected my modesty very well. I really appreciate that.

Guard at entrance of Emergency room. I needed a wheelchair and no one was there to assist. An off duty employee came and helped me since I was dizzy and couldn’t walk.

The doctor that came and got me for my contrast procedure was very professional and put my mind at ease I had a great experience here especially being from the [CITY] area it was a breath of fresh air being treated so well almost as if your family,! Thank you again for all your kindness nurses especially!
