The first nurse I encountered was kind of rude and dismissive. She basically asked why I brought my son back because we were just here two days ago. She almost made me feel like I should just leave, come to find out my baby has pneumonia. I’m so happy I stayed. Everyone else was perfect, attentive, and super welcoming,
