The time spent here was significantly quicker I’m not sure if it’s because of my late arrival or the new er I was in a room immediately and the time spent between nurses and doctors in and out of the room was much shorter

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Er entrance doors that lock. For a new construction it is poorly built. The sink in the room dripped. The floor coverings are coming up and trim is loose. Blood and other stuff staining the entry carpet.

Nurses Nicole [ ] and Olivia [ ] were FABULOUS with my daughter. Nicole was quick and efficient in getting an IV and blood to save a poke. Vanessa the Nurse Practitioner was also wonderful. They all took care of my daughter in an age appropriate way and assisted me as well.

Dr sucked but Alison was awesome at explaining what was actually happening BEFORE a discharge we should see doctor more and get answers to things Not just nurses that are under paid

The compassion of Dawn Theresa Dr Nimbley was far and beyond what I could have hoped for in such a stressful time. I can’t thank you all enough for not just medical support but emotional support and thank you for taking the time to listen to what I said.

Anna is the most greatest nurse ever. Took great care of me and tried so hard to help me understand but did it all over again when family got here to make sure they understood and could help me at home.

The needle hurt going in and coming out. Even did a big gasp when nurse inserted into skin my hand still hurts. Would Ike to never feel that again. You need your old needles back Definitely less pain
