Courteous, genuinely caring, good collegial relationship with shadowing rheumatologist, encouraged my input, respectful and went beyond help for immediate problem to investigate a collateral medical problem that Had bearing on the immediate problem and exacerbated the entire mess. Truly a "real" physician in [staff]'s sense. I am immensely grateful that I was sent to him by a physician who has met him and observed his work.

I appreciated how well Dr. Emam explained the procedure and answered my questions. I have small veins, and he expertly located a usable vein for the blood draw. He made me feel comfortable, did not seem to rush, and seemed to care about me.

Much appreciated his willingness to see me as part of a PT appointment (I am 100 miles away). First meeting - took the time he needed to "know" me, explained what was likely happening with my knee and discussed alternatives - decided on a steroid shot which he administered. Very satisfied with Dr. Emam!

Dr. Mohammed Emam is an excellent(PM&R and Sports Medicine) physician. He is always prepared for your visits. Reads other physicians notes and reviews any lab results. He actively listens to your symptoms and comes up with a successful treatment plan. At every visit, he has always shown me empathy and compassion. Always willing to help and treat a patient that has chronic multiple health conditions to live an active lifestyle as much as possible.
