I must advocate for myself beyond what I believe is reasonable to get anything done, and even then I don't feel truly heard, helped or cared about.

She takes her time, no hurry, no rush to get us out. She listens and takes what we say to heart. She has a sweet personality and is very pleasant. My wife has had an ongoing physical problem and Carlie referred her to a specialist that she knew and gave a high rating for. We like her!!!!

Carlie is an amazing NP. She listens to me and helps me find out what is going on. She offers advice and has insight into the issues I have. She genuinely cares about me and I can feel that at every visit.
