I had the wrong time for my appt. She was able to squeeze me into her schedule at a later time that day. This was wonderful. I didn't miss my appt.

I have only met her once, and it would be better to ask folks periodically, and not just after the first visit b/c it takes a while to get to know someone. But she was interested, informative, and communicative. She took the time to review my records and prior tests.
