I was disappointed that Carlie didn't ready my chart before meeting with me. I have had multiple surgeries this year and she wasn't aware until I mentioned it.

Was rushing , didn’t really have my 30mins consultation.
No follow up after bloodwork n xray, I had to contact them to ask about but No answer is available , I was told to wait.
Her referral statement didn’t have any place or doctor included, so I had to find a place to establish care then call them back to send the referral to the specialist office or else I couldn’t make an appointment with any place. She had to send her referral request to the place but she didn’t do that. That was weird.

Deeply listened to my issues and worked to problem-solve with me. Made sure to pause and prompt me multiple times to see if I had more questions or things to discuss, and I felt very heard and supported. I'll be recommending her to friends!
