Dr. Arwa and her entire staff were kind, attentive, informative, and professional. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to Dr. Arwa herself presented as if they loved their jobs and wanted to help and be there.

Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Arwa was professional and made me feel very comfortable at my first Podiatry appointment. Thank you ladies!!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I feel as though the whole staff was extraordinary. People took their time in listening and understanding what I spoke and gave clear directions in what to do. Although there was no immediate relief from my pain....I do recognize this office as a trustworthy and friendly environment to begin a process of healing.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Elsa ElSayed was extremely compassionate and affirming. I was so moved by her bedside manner than I became emotional and it caught me off guard. She is a PHENOMENAL practitioner and the way that she put me at ease and listened to me, made me feel dignified. I appreciate that so much.

Sr Elsayed was unexpectedly wonderful. Helpful and friendly, without any condescension so common among doc’s. I so much appreciated her help!
