Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile from Sandy. After waiting a few minutes I was taken to an exam room. Shortly after Dr. Gutierrez did my 3-month follow up on some areas of concern from my December visit. From there she treated the areas as needed. She provided some good advice and recommended some good sun screen. She is very through and cares about her patient's. ken back to the exam room where Dr. Gutierrez gave me a through 3-month scan of my upper body. Upon some findings of non-cancerous skin cancer, she treated

My appointment was fine, but the aftercare was very disappointing. I was told during my appointment that I would hear from a third party to get my prescription; however, I did not hear from anyone. I’ve called the office four times and still don’t have my prescription. I was told the doctor would call me last week, but I still haven’t heard from her.
