The service and personal service was and always is outstanding… Dr Mullen is kind and knowledgeable not just about his speciality but also how to best integrate it into my overall care… Shay is efficient and kind and has that smooth professional quality that really helps put me at ease.

Dr Mullins was very attentive and interested in getting the best outcome for me . Front desk staff was excellent and technician who brought me in was wonderful.

Yes the doctor. He ordered for me is new cpap machine and I started to use it promptly. My number of episodes went from 13 to 15 to 1. I was absolutely was blown away by the I only. I appreciate his skill in quickly getting me to 1 episode.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The lengthy appointment covered status of cpap application and means for improving performance, as well as possible alternatives. I’m assured that my sleep issues will be successfully resolved

The doctor was was extraordinarily thorough in his history, exam and discussion of differential diagnosis and plan for further evaluation.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing comes to mind. From start to finish , everyone was professional , kind and thorough. I wish all my experience in doctors office went as smoothly as this.

Dr. Elliott-Mullins has a personal understanding of dealing with a patient with dementia. He was very helpful giving suggestions about treatment options for my spouse.

Everyone in the office was friendly and accommodating. I found the doctor and the staff to be very knowledgeable regarding any questions that I had.

The doctor noted the amount of pressure from my CPAP and suggested we lower it- this helped relieve pressure on my sinuses- other doctors missed that diagnosis. Doctor Rod is great.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Mullens was also outstanding. Was genuinely concerned with everything we discussed. Listened to my concerns and I felt he went out of his way to order tests and explained in detail his thoughts, options on long ways to help me out. He was filling in for my usual care giver as she was out and was outstanding. I could not be happier with his care, concern and knowledge.

I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman. He immediately showed me the sleep masks and unlike the video I was shown, no other alternatives were offered.
