Dr Lucy has been very helpful and courteous to help solve my pain issues. I ended up having an infection in my face. And Dr Lucy immediately went into action to help me get out of pain and is continuing to help me through this

PA Eliott never fails to make me feel seen, heard, and well cared-for. For this mmost recent acute condition, it was worth it to me to wait overnight to see PA Eliott so I could get the excellent quality of care she and other staff at the office provide.

Quality of care and staff are great. PA Elliott answered my questions and explained in understandable terms about my shoulder and back problem. She always makes me feel comfortable with her diagnosis and treatment plan.

Lucy was great! She fit me in after I had concerns about a returning infection. She agreed the infection seemed to be returning and put me back on antibiotics. She really took her time with me. She had me do bloodwork and I got a message promptly after the test results were in to inform me of the results as well as a phone call to do the same.

PA Lucy I it is amazing. She has always gone above and beyond to address all of my questions, and to provide her clinical knowledge. She really does do this job for her patients.

This was a same day appointment. Not feeling well, concerned about blood pressure. Like Always PA Elliott, was through in questions she asked and making me feel comfortable. The in office exam didn't show anything except blood pressure discrepancy. So she set up some additional tests, made adjustments to med and gave me printout on diet plan. PA Elliott took time to explain what she was doing and why. She is a wonderful doctor, I trust her and thank her for the exceptional service she provides.

Dr Elliott cares about her patients. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provide her medical opinion as well as perform the tests needed to discover I was insulin resistant after going several years to a VA PCM that just told me the reason for my issues was I was obese and ate too much and to quit eating. I am so thankful for Dr Elliot for caring enough to figure out exactly what was wrong with me.

Just couldn’t believe how fast they are. You don’t feel rushed but at the same time it seems like you’re onky there for a minute. I love dr Elliot and this staff here. Best doctor and office I’ve had

I have been a patient atFamily Medicine for many years—since they were Family Physicians of OFallon. Everyone is polite and considerate. I feel very comfortable there. Lucy Eliot especially spent ample time addressing my concerns.
