I got called back within minutes. Everyone, from the gentleman at the registration desk, to the nurse to the nurse practitioner, Ellen was so kind and thorough.

Called for an appointment because I am having a terrible cost that has persisted for over two weeks. The nice lady that assisted me with scheduling the appointment was able to get me in on the same day. Staff was professional and was able to assist me in addressing my issue.

I didn’t feel confident in the NP that I was seen by. I never received a list of psychiatric doctors that she told me she would get. I also was wanting a prescription of minoxidil and she said I may have to go to a dermatologist. I shouldn’t have to do that, I should be able to get this from Dr. [ ].
