Dr Williams always treats me as if I am her most important patient and spends time appropriately with me. She reads the records, recalls past treatment and concerns, and asks about whether referred docs helped me. She is concerned for the “whole person” of her patient.

Dr Williams never gives the impression that she has a busy schedule, too busy to listen to her patient‘s concerns. She is smart, compassionate, and practical. She is a good communicator. I consider her to be a superlative primary care physician.

See above. I will add that she does not rush, and spends time as needed by and for the patient. I am sure she has dozens of appointments tugging at her sleeve each day but she never lets the patient feel that.
