First visit with Dr. Elkins. He was very aware of my situation and provided a clear explanation of the required follow-up.

He also did something I wasn't expecting. He actually shook my hand. That blew me away. Personal touch between patient and doctor have almost disappeared. So.etimees that can cement a patient relationship of respect and trust.
