She listened, stayed on point & treated me with respect. When I left she had followed through with everything we discussed in the exam room & I was given a summary of the visit which was clear & accurate.

Dr. Smith knows my health strengths and vulnerabilities. She treats me as someone who is interested and active and who wants to make the best decisions. She has always been supportive and responded incredibly promptly. From other friends and family whose experiences I hear about, I see how fortunate I am to have this relationship with Dr. Smith and her practice.

Dr. Smith always treats me with care. She spends the necessary time with me and doesn't make me feel she's rushing. She listens (which I find a lot of doctors don't do).

Dr. Elizabeth Smith is phenomenal. She listens, explains things, considers how I feel about treatment options, and she never rushes through the visit. Dr. Elizabeth treats me as a person rather than a symptom(s) to treat. This visit was just as great as all the past visits I've had with her over the last 20 years.

The front desk staff has become more responsive and helpful in the last year or two. It used to be very hard to get appointments and call backs, etc. It is better now!
