I found the staff very good, but I found the doctor very rude, short, not listening, not giving us a chance to reply, at times insulting, did not just like her overall attitude. She felt that, and I felt that she just didn't want to be there, didn't want to take this appointment, you know, just like she just was bothered to be there.

I am very impressed with Dr. Renza. She focused on my concerning issue and ordered an mri as I requested. Her bedside manner is kind and I feel that I am now moving forward to finding answers about my painful calf. Thank you.

I will definitely use this provider for my gallbladder after I go to my urologist and my primary doctor for the current issue of bacteria in my urine.

I really like this doctor. She answered all my questions, took her time, she explained to me all the risks and how it will all go. I was impressed. I felt welcomed and reassured that everything's going to go fine. So, yeah, she was great. And that's what I have to say.

We were sent by the virtua scheduling team to the wrong Dr for a surgical biopsy where cancer was already detected by a previous pet scan we waited almost a month to see her only to be told we should have gone to an oncologist surgeon now we have to wait another month to be seen by someone else, your scheduling team screwed up an the dr should have known in advance she couldn't help us not tell us when we got there!!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Elizabeth. We discussed my issue. We talked about things that I can do to improve on my situation. She's an excellent doctor. She knew my history, and we discussed Like I said, we discussed the issue that I had gone there to talk to her about it. Yes, the doctor was fantastic and did a great, great job. However, the nurse was terribly unpleasant and did not treat me well and had an attitude. So I definitely would recommend she not work with the public. Thank you.

Yes, my only concern was when I was in Mount Holly at Virgins Hospital, they seemed to be understaffed, and I couldn't get the help I needed with help aid, like washing up, helping me get to the bathroom. I guess they were light on, not enough help, but they need to improve that in Mount Holly. All right, bye.

The issue wasn't really the particular provider. I just don't understand why their office would have scheduled me with a doctor that could not address my issue. So now I've wasted my $50 copay and whatever the heck 50% for coinsurance ends up being. it was a waste of several hours of a day for me, only to be told she does deal with my type of issue. The office HAD ALL MY IMAGING... stop making appointment just to steal peoples money. NOW I'll have to go to ANOTHER surgeon to look at something the provider I saw instantly knew she wouldn't be able to handle... yet you still bill me.

Dr Renza made room for me on her appointment book because I had a situation that needed to be looked at prior to my trip out of the country. I am very thankful for her caring for my health, explained in detail my situation and next course of action as well as her understanding of my short window to see her.

The provider listened carefully. They made me feel heard. And for once, she did not make me feel like I was crazy. She made me feel like we have a plan of care in place, that no matter the outcome, there's still a way forward. And that was the first time that someone's ever given me that kind of information. And it felt really good.

Dr. Renza listened carefully. She was very attentive and provided options. She was concerned with my overall health, especially my recovery from heart issues and provided reasonable solutions for moving forward.

It went perfect. Dr Renza explained everything so I could understand it. I enjoyed seeing her again because she performed the surgery (perfectly) on me last August to fix a hernia on my stomach. She's very good and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants the best there is. Thank you.
