Dr Ortiz-Gonzalez was so personable, kind, thorough and overall amazing. She was very interactive and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. Always walking in with a warm welcome and smile. The process of testing was lengthy but she never made us feel rushed. She also made my child feel important. Her staff is so kind.
