Absolutely great experience I felt comfortable. I felt that she knew me. I felt that I was in a good place. She answered all my concerns all my questions. It was like talking to a very good friend, but but a professional who knew about my breast. thank you so much for caring about me. It's very important in this world today.

Everything about my experience in the office is awesome. The only problem that I have with Virtua in general and offense is that the timings are terrible. You guys need to offer evening appointments so that maybe also your providers can also go to other doctors' appointments or things that they need to do during the day and still be able to work in the evening and so that people who have jobs could come in the evening after their work is over. That's my only complaint. Everything else about the breast care office is fantastic. A million percent wonderful. Thank you.

From the parking lot to walking into the doors, my experience here was terrible. The only good part was they were on time. The nurse practitioner was rude and spoke to me as if I was a child. She didn't listen to what I was saying nor shared compassion for such a sensitive type of visit. It was almost as if she blamed me for not knowing that I could not get imaging done there. The nurse who did intake was also a bit rude. When I checked out, I advised I wanted to see another provider, so hopefully my next experience will be better.

The staff at Virtua Breast Care are amazing from when you come into the office all the way through to the medical assistant. And of course, Betty Moore is the most amazing nurse practitioner in the breast care industry. So hands down, the best. I would recommend her to anyone.

Elizabeth Moore is wonderful!! She made me feel very comfortable. She listened carefully to the questions I had, then answered them in ways I understood. I have a question that I would appreciate an answer to...why isn't Elizabeth pictured in the photo in the waiting room, and in the postings online, alongside her coworkers? She is just as important and professional as the doctors pictured in the photo.

The front desk staff are very welcoming.. the person who takes your vitals and reviews your health history was very cheerful.. and as always Elizabeth Moore was very thorough and thoughtful with her exam and review of care plan

I was seen by the office within 24 hours of my request. I feel that Elizabeth Moore, she was diligent in listening to all of my concerns and reviewing my family history and was very knowledgeable. with information for the problem that I was experiencing. She was a great listener and a great comfort.

The office feels dark and cold despite the attempt to make the dreary room look cheerful. Needs some updating. You have people coming there for breast cancer treatment they are sad enough. The one girl at the front desk needs to payoff attention to what she is doing. The MA..was the best person I came in contact with. Nice and cheery! As far as the APN. I was spoken to as if she was scolding me like a child for needing to ask questions and have a better understanding of what was going on with my breast. I made attempts to do what was asked of me, but didn't want to help or hear it. Got nothing out of the visit that I was hoping for.

Elizabeth is wonderful... the office? They STILL have not contacted Aetna to pre certain MRI for a ruptured implant!!!!! I've NEVER had to wait THIS long for anyone to even ASK for a pre cert.. FYI..retired nurse... NOT happy.. And I've never had anything but superb service with Virtua.. HELP!
