All of your offices should be run like this one. They are always willing to help! They never get huffy. They validate my concerns and are never ever offended when I ask questions

I truly appreciate being able to have a tele-appointment with Beth since I live more than an hour away. This flexibility has enabled me to continue being treated in Dr. Jeremy Anthony's office.

Beth Melvin was meticulous in gathering all the relevant information from me and my wife during this, my first visit with ESA. Beth spent a very large amount of time listening and asking relevant questions. I think we spent over an hour together on this first visit. I was also impressed with her depth of knowledga.
