She is so kind, helpful and understanding in my appointments. I go in to my appointment worried about my A1C number and leave with a smile on my face and having received words of encouragement from Beth Melvin NP when I leave.

She’s the best. She always answers my questions with tact and grace. Not once has she ever failed to provide me with whatever I need and makes suggestions on meds and blood glucose monitors. She is as close to perfect of a diabetes educator as I could have dreamed of. She is always on time, always empathetic, realistic, knowledgeable, to the highest levels of professionalism and with integrity and respect, she is one of my favorite medical professionals I’ve been seen by. Whatever you are doing to keep her with this practice, always do more to keep her in your practice. If I could go above a 10 to rate her, I would.

I will continue to drive the 70 miles from Hartwell to Athens for appointments because of the TLC care Beth Melvin gives me. My trust of her causes me to be assured that my diabetes is under control and monitored by someone who will alert me if it begins to get out of control.

Beth has been great since she started working with Dr. Anthony. She has that special edge with Type 1 diabetics since she has spent so much time working with kids at diabetic camps.

I have said how exceptional Beth is in every category… one additional thing is she actually appears to love her chosen profession and helping human kind . Very refreshing in the medical field today. She is a jewel!
