Dr. Marks always takes her time with me! She listens, she offers advice, she lets me know what tests I need. She is very kind and compassionate! Also, her nurse was very nice and friendly as was the receptionist when I checked in and also the check out girl. All were very pleasant! Also, I liked that when Dr. Marks ordered a dexa scan for me and the check out girl put it through the next day I received a text with a phone number to call which I did call and now have my dexa scan all set up. I would have probably forgotten to call if I didn't get the reminder text! Very thorough!

The entire group is friendly and helpful. I called at 9:00 a.m. and saw Dr. Marks at 10:15. She alleviated my concerns, told me what to do and asked me to follow up before the weekend if things got worse. Overall I seem to always have a good experience.

I had a thorough exam and all of my questions were addressed. Dr. Marks was informed about my labs and helped me to address my concerns regarding my ongoing health questions.

I drive at least 30 minutes to go see Dr. Marks. I work at a Primary medical doctor, and live near several pcp near my house. I choose to go to Dr. Marks, because i know i get proper care and i trust everyone at this office. They are truly the best!!

There was a long wait time (around 18 months) to transfer into this practice. It was worth the wait.
