Elizabeth was so knowledgeable, approachable and thorough. She explained everything to me in language I understood and came up with a treatment plan that was tailored to me. She is wonderful.

Elizabeth Short was excellent. She had excellent expertise and explained my status, issues and next steps very well. I was very satisfied with the consultation. It also put to rest concerns I had before. Elizabeth was very professional and personable.

Elizabeth Short was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my concerns and responded with a plan of action! Also the facility on West 58 St was state of the art. Highly recommend!

PA Lizzie took time to answer all of my questions and explain things to me in an easy-to-understand way. She handled the emotional part of an injury with a lot of empathy. Very knowledgeable and adept.

PA Short spent almost 30 minutes with me. Explained the situation in great deal, recommended how to proceed, and was friendly, professional, engaging, throughout. I felt she really, really listened to me. Best medical experience, across many organizations, that I have had in years. She's outstanding.
